Participation Deposit
Payment Schedule
1. Once you've filled out your application, this is the page to pay the deposit to secure your place on the trip. Deadline is April 11, 2025
2. This $500 deposit will confirm your room and place on the bus (refundable until April 11, 2025). Your place is not confirmed until we receive this deposit. Participation will be on a first come first served basis. Each participant will be responsible for their own airfare. Guests will be allowed up to the maximum seating on the bus.
3. Balance for the Land Package of $2,000 will be due on May 1, 2025. After we receive your deposit, you will receive an invoice via email to pay the final amount via wire transfer. Final payments are non refundable and due by May 1 (one month before the conference). For those bringing guests, there will be an additional charge for a double room and meals ($700).
5. Once you complete the form, please upload a head and shoulder photo of yourself. (Note: all fields with a red asterisk are required fields)
NOTE: Given the global situation, we strongly suggest getting travel insurance and/or refundable airfare.
