Participation Deposit
Payment Schedule
1. If you received the email of acceptance, this is the page to pay the deposit to secure your place on the trip. Deadline is March 15, 2023
2. This $500 deposit will confirm your room and place on the bus (50% refundable until April 15, 2023). Your place is not confirmed until we receive this deposit. Participation will be on a first come first served basis. Each participant will be responsable for their own airfare. Guests will be allowed up to the maximum seating on the bus.
3. Balance for the Land Package of $2,000 will be due on April 3, 2023. This amount will be 50% refundable until April 15. It will be non rundable after that unless we can fill your spot with another participant from the waiting list.
4. For those people bringing guests (if there is room on the bus), there will be an additional charge for a double room and meals ($500).
5. Once you complete the form, please upload a head and shoulder photo of yourself. (Note: all fields with a red asterisk are required fields)
NOTE: Given the global situation, we strongly suggest getting travel insurance and/or refundable airfare.
