Instructions for Filling out the Form: This Evaluation form is divided in twosections. Section one is an overall testimonial or quote about your experience at the Portugese Stone Conference (written comments); Section two is your Overall Assessment of the Conference.

In section two, please fill out the scaled evaluations (excellent, good, satisfactory or unsatifactory) for each question on the left. On the right, there is a comments box for each question. We really appreciate any comments that you make so that we can strive to understand what was successful and what needs to be improved. We will share your comments with our sponsors and our speakers so that we can work to make a better conference in the future.
