Application:
This is the online application form for the Study trip to Portugal from June 1 - 7, 2025. We will select 20- 25 applicants total for this trip. Priority will be given to Architects, Interior Designers, Stone Installers and General Contractors for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, but others are allowed to apply and will be considered for participation. The selection will be on a "first come first served" basis. After the 25 spots are filled, we will create a waiting list for interested candidates. The language of the conference will be English.
Costs to participants: TOTAL FOR LAND PACKAGE: $2500.
Each participant will pay for round-trip air travel. Once you complete your application, please proceed to pay a participation fee of $500.00 USD to confirm your spot on the tour. This fee will be refundable until April 11, 2025 in case of cancellation. After that date, the fee will be non refundable. Each participant will also be responsible for their transportation to and from the hotel on the day of arrival in Portugal and the day of departure. Hotels, meals and bus transportation will provided while you are in Portugal with the group. Hotel reservations are based on one participant per room. Note There will be a supplement for hotels and meals if you choose to bring a guest. Participation for guests will be based on availability...first come first served. The additional cost for bringing a guest will be $700 (to cover the double supplement and meals)/

2. Once completed, please proceed to pay the $500 deposit to confirm your place (refundable until April 11, 2025). Your place is not confirmed until we receive this deposit. Participation will be on a first come first served basis. Each participant will be responsible for their own airfare. Guests will be allowed up to the maximum seating on the bus.
3. Balance for the Land Package of $2,000 will be due on April 30, 2025. Once we receive your deposit payment via credit card, we will send you an invoice for the remainder to be paid by bank transfer. The due date one month before the trip and payments will be non refundable after that unless we can fill your spot with another participant from the waiting list.
NOTE: Given the global situation, we strongly suggest getting travel insurance and/or refundable airfare.
LAND PACKAGE in Portugal. The registration fee of $2500 will cover the cost of:
6 nights hotel (In: June 1 out June 7) with breakfast in the hotel each day. Lunch and Dinner will be included if participants choose to eat with the group. The trip will also include bus transfers from the hotels to the companies/quarries each day. A participation certificate will be provided at the end of the course.
